Lamb of God is a contributing member of the Lake City Neighborhood Alliance, an alliance of organizations working to empower and enhance the Lake City neighborhood through neighborhood projects and cooperation. 

The people of Lamb of God have committed themselves to supporting the local food bank and relief organization North Helpline. Lamb of God members volunteer regularly and donate food and support individually. Lamb of God also hosts food drives throughout the year and contributes financially through the Lamb of God Endowment Fund.
